How to educate Ukrainian Steve Jobs or Elon Musk?

This year we are establishing interdisciplinary programs that develop critical thinking, leadership, creativity, emotional intelligence, ability to make decisions.
One of the four camp strands is STEAM, educational approach to learning that uses Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics as access points for guiding student how to implement their own projects, such as: build cities, create mobile applications, get excited with robotics, do expertise of paintings, create a device by Da Vinci sketch or action plan to protect the environment. The end results are students who are the innovators, educators, leaders, and learners of the 21st century!
