GoCamp strands: Leadership and Career

We continue to tell you about camp specialization of GoCamp 2017! 

One of GoCamp strand is "Leadership and Career". The program aims to help young people to choose their future profession, explore career opportunities in the local and global labor markets. In many countries of the world career exploration is of nationwide scale, coordinated and regulated by the state. As a result, these countries show minimal level of unemployment (within 4-8%). Ukraine faces a crisis in this sphere: the level of unemployment is 10% and 32% of university graduates do not work in the profession they were studying for.

Developing leadership skills will contribute to the education of the young generation of Ukrainians, ready for the challenges of adult life, who consciously choose a future education and profession.
